Blink 182 was announce Their new first single recorded since "Neighbourhoods" came out in 2011 and this is new single with Matt Skiba that replaced guitarist Tom DeLonge, who left the group in 2015 after a public back-and-forth — will come in April, a rep has confirmed to EW.

Tom Delonge leave the Band in 2015, after series of rows with Alkaline. Matt Skiba choosed to accompany Travis and Mark Hoppus in several live performances.Travis was confirmed few weeks ago,their album will finished earlier this mounth "The album's done, i'll be honest with everybody" he said in PunkVideosRock. “It’s just a matter of picking what 12 to 14 songs. I think we wrote 26 or 27, so everyone right now is really pushing for their favorites.”

Over the weekend we caught up with Travis Barker on day 1 of Musink Festival to talk Blink 182! Our on-camera correspondent, Rob Herrera, spoke with Travis about working with John Feldman, the status of the upcoming Blink album and lastly talked about Matt Skiba’s involvement in the writing process. "I think any fan of Blink 182 is going to be ecstatic when they hear the music. I really do! It sounds like Blink 182 but it sounds like Blink in 2016. Lyrically it’s clever," she said of the songs she heard, which primarily feature bassist/singer Mark Hoppus on vocals and harmonies from Skiba.

Talking to Producer John Kerrang, Feldmann said: "When it comes to recording with Matt I was thinking about what the closest parallel might be in musical terms, and I guess it would be like replacing Paul McCartney or John Lennon in The Beatles."

However, the producer reassured fans that the band are still the same at their core. "Tom and Mark really were a pair of lead singers, but Mark sings a lot of people's favourite songs!"

"The guys aren't 23 anymore, they're dads now, so they're no longer writing songs about poo and that kind of stuff. But there's still got to be a sense of humour to it; it's got to be fun and funny, but also age appropriate. There's got to be growth on the album and there is."

"It sounds fucking great and I'm just so excited to have people hear it. I'd say it's one of the best records I've ever made in my life," he concluded.


 Blink 182 team's wishes that the unnamed album featuring Matt Skiba will be a treat thirst to punk-rock fans worldwide.
